The Cabinet does have a record of said telephone call; yet refuses to provide it under FOIA Section 35;
However, the telephone meeting of 19 May was part of a series of meetings between the Govt and Bill Gates; as mentioned in simmilar FOI as this FOI. Which, and as B. Gates fortune during this covid19 vaccine planning has doubled to about 100 billion, proofs that Bill Gates acts as a consultant lobbyist. Who through various meetings has influenced the making of the policies which promote said vaccine and its mass vaccination in the UK.
Bill Gates has influenced the making of Policies which, via the Lockdown restriction caused a collective obeyance; a coercion technique to have the public accepting said mass vaccination with harmful substances under a harmless clausula. Yet the public has the right to have sufficient means to come to an informed consent and to obtain a redress for the harm from said Policies and vaccination.
Due to said injurious policies (made without the public’s consent), the Govt. cannot determinate that under FOIA Art 35 it acts in the public interest. Eschewing under FIOA Art 35 to answer this FOI does neither serve “To protect good government” nor the public interest. The Govt has to expose Bill Gates roll in said Policies making. And the PM, the Cabinet have access to the registry regarding who is lobbying.
“To protect good government” includes that Govt. shows transparency and allows the public to hold the Govt accountable for its actions as well for what and who the Govt. includes into its policy making e.g. Bill Gates. In this matter it is only by answering this FOI that expresses the public interest.
