Dear Sussex Police,

Can you please supply information in relation to internal efficiency reviews of Sussex Police, requested by the Sussex Senior Management Team, during the last two financial years; in the following circumstances?
1. How many reviews have been conducted that lasted longer than two weeks
2. What subject areas have been reviewed
3. The job titles only of the staff/officers that conducted each review
4. Do Sussex have a dedicated Review Team and if not, where were the staff/officers drawn from to carry out each review (e.g. the from the team being reviewed/staff from an independent Sussex team/front line policing)
5. The name of any external consultants used for the whole of part of the review
6. How long did each review take (in excess of 2 weeks)
7. Where areas for improvement (AFI) were identified, what actions were taken
8. What was the cost of each review and what budget did it come from

I am writing to request an internal review of Sussex Police's handling of my FOI request 'Please supply information in relation to internal efficiency reviews'.

My complaint relates to the length of time it is taking to supply the information I requested.

On the 1st Oct (a month later) I wrote to ask for progress report and got the reply (below) on the 2nd.
