Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please supply
1: The risk register: This is a record and evaluation of possible risks to the development and operation of the universal credit scheme and the "gravity" of those risks.

2:The issues register: This is a continuing record of problems within the programme, why they have occurred and how they can be dealt with.

3:A milestone schedule: This sets out the planned progression of the programme and the dates by which elements should be completed.

4:A project assessment review: This is an assessment of independent reviews taken of the project under the auspices of the cabinet office.

Yours faithfully,

Peter,

Could elaborate on why you believe the DWP will be open to a private prosecution for misfeasance?

So far it has followed the law correctly. It is allowed to claim exemptions under the FOIA and then appeal decisions by the ICO and Tribunals, as have the people who submitted the original requests for information. If you tried to raise a private prosecution you would be simply wasting your money.

Dear DWP Strategy Freedom of Information,
The balance of public interest does not apply for the following reasons
1: the information is about how we the people allow you to treat the poor and needy, this is vital so we can asses how you are behaving in our name.
2: too often you have used the "Public Interest" to block our access to information and to Protect the guilty who Claim to work for us, obviously a complete lie.
So do not dare use the public interest ploy else you will be reported and taken to judicial review on the matter.

Yours sincerely,

Peter:Brewster

People forget they are not our Masters they are our servants.
Given our proxy to act in our name so keeping information from us will open them to a judicial review on where their power really lies.

As doing that is misfeasance against me a member of the public, and anyone else can then if refused take out an action, it seems they are ignoring the constitution.
The courts are also ignoring the constitution and this country is now being run by criminals and traitors,

just look at quantative easing also paying interest on mortgages and we the public paying private banks interest for money they never lend just print, big difference, so as a start we are severally liable for their actions unless we have nothing to do with the society, damn difficult in this day and age,
So criminals and traitors run the country and are robbing the public just like robber barons of old, and using the courts and peoples ignorance to get away with it...I hope that answers your queery

Dear DWP Strategy Freedom of Information,

There is no consideration of the public interest as I am patently interested, and others, also seeing you run things by proxy, with our consent how dare you assume you can cut us from the loop and feed us bullshit. I immediately Demand as a sovereign citizen that you release this at once else be guilty of misfeasance, and you will be held Personally to account not your boss You. and if I cant get your name I will get the managers name of the foi team and subpoena him to court, we have HAD ENOUGH. respond at once.

Yours sincerely,

Peter:Brewster

Peter,

If you are referring to the latest decision of the Upper Tribunal then all it has done is refuse the DWP permission to appeal the First Tier Tribunal's decision. The DWP still has the opportunity to seek an oral hearing with the Upper Tribunal to put its case. It has 14 days from the date that the Upper Tribunal ruling was published to decide if it wishes to apply for an oral hearing.

The tone and language used in your requests to the DWP risks you being categorised as vexatious. This means that the DWP simply won't deal with you.

Dear DWP Strategy Freedom of Information,

I apologise if you are discomforted I apologise that such plain language is considered vexacious that is not my intent, basically you work for us, all I am doing is trying to get to the bottom of the matter and it seems misfeasance is rife in government why is nobody yet prosecuting, I don't know but a class action law suit will be on the way as I know the people that will be filing it, this is not my action all I want is answers which you seem reluctant to do, If you have nothing to hide come clean then, but you do have, especially IDS, this is directly down to his incompetence and vicious breach of peoples rights, this is not vexatious far from it, in fact if you check out the wording vexatious and frivolous, neither applies as I am deadly serious in getting to the root of this many thanks for your help so far kind regards
With no ill will or vexatious intent, the common law individual Peter.

Yours sincerely,

Peter:Brewster

Yes read that and just another opinion, there is the matter that the magistrates courts run roughshod over constitutional law ( surely that is the basis of this country) we have a treaty that is un alterable, and fractional reserve banking is fraud what the banks do with mortgages is also fraud and theft, we do not need to pay interest on money when the banks just print it, another theft, basically we are ruled by self serving traitors, who use and abuse us for their gain, so I ask where does it say I have to be robbed and ruled by a criminal, because if I submit to that then I am severally liable for accepting their crimes, there is an arrest warrant out for the Queen and she is another Oath breaker so equate that to a traitor to the people,, weather you agree or disagree with it, it does not matter you are a bought and paid for slave and no you have no say in the matter, so keep paying you taxes and fail to understand anything about Freedom, all just bollocks pulled from some idiot who is unfit to rule, and he says that is law, well it is not law it is legal the exact opposite, Please look into Jury Nullification, as that is where the law is made not parliament,
