You can see from the delivery logs that the request was delivered successfully [1].
Here's the relevant log line that says that the authorities mail server accepted the message with a "250" code (C="250…") – which means that the message was successfully delivered. This is analogous to posting a letter through the front door. We have no way of knowing how the message was routed internally. The internal ID returned to us ("InternalId=108280420519039") may help them locate the message.
