Dear South London Healthcare NHS Trust,

Please provide the full details of EACH AND EVERY ONE of SLHT's separate proposals for the new SLHTrust thank you

I am making a formal FOI Request for the full details of EACH AND EVERY ONE of SLHT's separate proposeals for the new SLHTrust or whatever it will be once the proposals have gone to PUBLIC consultation and thereafter with MONITOR to determine if the NEW Trust will receive FOUNDATION TRUST STATUS.

In the light of the fact that when SLHT was founded in 2009, the FOI Requests about the other 3 hospitals trusts that had closed down, now come to SLHT to answer, is it not the case that you, de facto, have INHERITED the responsibilities and LIABILITIES and DUTY OF CARE to ALL the patients AND employees of the former trusts?

This is very important to note.

And has wide implications for any future development of SLHT's framework proposals not only vis-a-vis the question of closing one hospital and reorganisation with just two hospitals, or in the alternative to continue with three hospitals and still reorganise, but crucially if you become a FOUNDATION TRUST then you will no longer be SLHT.

And as such, like Bromley Hospitals NHS Trust previously, there will have to be parliamentary debate as to the closure of SLHT and the foundation of a NEW hospital foundation trust as set out by parliamentary legislation in force at the time.

With the new Health and Safety Bill now causing such a stir with so many vested interests involved - literally all of us are stakeholders in the NHS - then how will any new Trust determine the rights and responsibilities of the new trust?

Will the new trust not include TUPE?

Will the new trust be independent of government and not be subject to FOI Requests?

Will the new trust determine that no "legacy" matters are their province either with regards to patients OR employees?

I note that someone else has written about an employment issue vis-a-vis a major court case involving a urologist who was not working in SLHT but one of the predecessor bodies.

Could you please clarify precisely what the minutiae of the closure of the old trusts were and how SLHT came into being and what actually are the liabilities and responsibilities of SLHT to patients and employees alike of the old hospitals trusts?

As you are aware, my mother died in Princess Royal University Hospital of septicaemia in July 2006 in very distressing circumstances and there still is a question of the "4 reviews" of the case which Martin Thorpe Bromley Police, Metropolitan Police, in March 2011 told me that the SLHT have and as such he would not proceed with the investigation into an allegation of assault by injection of haloperidol by an unnamed prescriber.

This is still the stated position as given to me by SLHT a few days ago that the identity of this unknowable prescriber has his/her identity protected by the DPA1998 but that that therefore means that the GMC cannot investigate the complaint I made in December 2010 into the matter, and also the South London Coroner will not countenance opening an investigation until and unless the full facts of everything in the fax of 1 July 2006 and subsequent correspondence going on to the present day - can be proved to him.

Thus I am in a catch-22 position.

The HMRC are demanding an Account be made by me, the Executrix of my mother, and by the Executor, by 17 February 2012.

How can we do this comprehensively when we are obstructed from knowing the FULL investigations into my mother's death?

I believe that SLHT owe us these "4 reviews".

Please provide them to me urgently.

Mr Jo Johnson MP for Orpington has been involved as has Mr Andrew Turner MP for the Isle of Wight.

I simply want the answers to my complaints made over the years - not to be fobbed off, and not to be threatened as I was in the email of 6 May 2011 by SLHT regarding my mother - deceased - and another member of my family.

Princess Royal University Hospital will continue regardless of which hospital framework is decided after the consultation yet it is this hospital where I personally have so many unhappy memories.

Please assist me in my role as Executrix of my late mother to get the truth.

Thank you very much,

Yours sincerely,

Dear Mr Weaver,Secretariat and Dr Streather, CEO, and the Board of Trustees South London Healthcare, Mr Turner, MP for the Isle of Wight,

I am most grateful to you Mr Weaver for your kind attention to my FOI Requests.

Please may you also ask you to answer my emails sent to you under separate cover as they do need urgent answers as you are well aware of my anxieties in certain key areas going back many years, including my fax of 1 July 2006 in particular, being the complaints of my late mother who died whilst Joanne Cutting was initiating the investigation into the complaint. This complaint has never been answered, and nor has the expanded one which Bromley Hospitals NHS Trust - via Pohwer and BHNHST Beverley Reynolds.

I am aware that there were further unanswered questions I put to the Bromley Hospitals NHS Trust such as "BRONZE DIABETES" which I asked a number of questions as to whether or not my mother had this particular condition but went unanswered.

I was told that it would be best to take the offer of the Healthcare Commission rather than ask questions - that was in autumn 2007 - but this was not my preferred option and I am well aware that this is contentious, but please, I pray you, have pity on me and my family, and just give us the answers that we have now waited so many years to have them.

Thank you so much,

Yours sincerely,
