Dear Information Governance,
It is now 46 days since acknowledgement of my request for an internal review. This beyond the accepted norms for an internal review.
During this time you have failed to keep me informed of the progress or provided a likely timescale for completion.
Hence it would appear that you are not acting in compliance with the Code of Practice for dealing with Freedom of Information Requests.
May I suggest that this be addressed with some urgency to avoid a complaint.
Yours sincerely,
Rod King

Dear Jeff Wring,
Thank you. But my initial request was quite clear in requesting the details on the individual KSIs in the report. Whether this information existed in the report is, in my opinion, immaterial.
Taking the 3 years before the change in limit and the one year afterwards then the report shows a total of only 38 KSIs and presumably fewer accidents. Note that I have not asked for all the diss-aggregated casualties, only these 38.
I do not see how this information on 38 casualties which will take more that 18hrs to provide. I would therefore be obliged if this information is provided as per my original request. This information is long overdue.
Yours sincerely,
Rod King
Dear Jeff Wring,
Please provide the information requested by Wednesday 16th May. If this is not provided then I will have no other recourse other than making a complaint to the Information Commissioner.
