Dear Mr Cox

RE:  YOUR REQUEST 14771 UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000

We have considered your request which was as below:

Re: Clandon Park, Surrey

Please could you provide:
1. A copy of the SSRI (Site Specific Risk Information Report
2. Please could you provide information about any consultations that you
had with the National Trust under the Integrated Risk Management Plan.

I now enclose the following information:

1) The document you have requested is attached below

2) Surrey Fire and Rescue Service held a 12 week public consultation on
its Public Safety Plan (Integrated Risk Management Plan) in 2010/11. As
part of this process, we identified a wide range of stakeholders and
interested parties to send the consultation document to. We also promoted
it through a wide range of channels, such as emails and letters to
stakeholders, focus groups with members of the public, sessions at all
Local Committee meetings, articles in internal and partner bulletins and
newsletters, our public website and media activity. This list is not
exhaustive.

Our records show that the National Trust was listed on our stakeholder
database and so was likely to be contacted via some of the ways listed
above, however we have no definitive proof that communication was sent.
We are embarking on a consultation on our updated Public Safety Plan from
27 April until 7 June 2016 and we have ensured that the National Trust is
on our stakeholder list for consultation and welcome any responses they
have.

We supply this information based on your original request. Please do not
hesitate to contact me at the address below if you have any queries
regarding the information enclosed.  Remember to quote the reference
number above in any future communications.

If you are unhappy with the handling of your request for information and
wish to make a complaint or request a review of our decision, in the first
instance you should contact the County Council, quoting your request
number given above, at:
