Records Management,

Dear Catherine Weiss

Thank you for your request for information.

Our leave year runs from 1 February to 31 January each year. Depending on when they commence employment in the leave year, all our staff have up to 6 weeks (30 days for full-time staff) leave available to them each leave year. This time off is booked as agreed with their line managers. We normally recommend that staff have a two weeks of consecutive leave each year where possible.

The above is outlined in our terms and conditions of employment.

Yours sincerely,

Emily Brick
