Dear Mr Spaven

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FoIA) REQUEST

Thank you for your email today about assault during practical driving
tests.

Before we are able to respond, I require some clarification of the
information you have requested. You have asked for the number of driving
instructors who have been assaulted during a driving test, however, please
could you clarify if you do want the figures relating to driving
instructors or do you mean driving examiners?

If we do not receive clarification of your request within one month from
the date of this letter, then we will consider your request closed. If you
have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us on the above
details.  Please remember to quote the reference number above in any
future communications

Yours sincerely
