Dear Disclosure Team,
I already contacted the Court, on the 30th August, and requested the decision and was informed by the person who answered the telephone that they would have to seek the permission of the duty Judge. That person reported back to me that I would have to wait for it to be published on the internet and up to this point, it still has not been published.

I am aware that both parties received the decision on the 26th August 2022 but despite this, it has still not been published online. I did not feel that I had any recourse to challenge an unnamed duty Judge, so I resolved to ask for this decision under the freedom of information act and based on the delay in the ruling being published I would like my request to be complied with under the timescales of the act.

If you are able to speed up the online publishing process then I will accept that as a reasonable outcome, especially if you advise me of this in response to this follow up message.

Yours sincerely,

Robert Moss

Dear Mr Moss

This is not the right platform for this request as Whatdotheyknow as this is only for Freedom of Information Requests.

We have no control over when the courts publish this. You will need to speak to the court.
