We have now completed a search for the information which you requested and
confirm that this Authority holds some data relevant to your request.
 

The Response to your request is as follows:

Reference this enquiry about the Heathwood Estate in Lindfield I can
advise that there is no Section 38 Agreement.  No application was made by
the developer BDWH to have these roads adopted by WSCC under Section 38
Agreements.  This is a private development and no details were submitted
to WSCC so I hold no information.

WSCC would have commented at planning stage and WSCC comments would be
available on Mid Sussex District Council planning portal.

Under section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in
response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you.

 

The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the
