Graham Leach, Warwick District Council

Dear Mrs Morgan,

Further to my email, acknowledging your request, we can only provide the costs of the action between 11 November 2014 (the last time you requested this information) and the date of your request 18 February 2015.

The costs for this time period was £555.37. However the costs for February are not included within this because the internal recharge from our Legal Services are not sent through until late March. The Council therefore does not hold the information regarding the costs of the hearing on 11 February 2015 and it cannot provide it to you.

You have the right to request that the District Council carry out an internal review if you are not satisfied with the way your request was dealt with or wish to appeal the decision. A request for an internal review should be made in writing and addressed to me at the address above. All requests for an internal review will be dealt with under the District Council’s internal review procedure.
