Dear Sir/Madam,

Please find information in response to your Freedom of Information
request.

Please can you confirm how many PLAY PARKS there are in the Conwy council
area that are managed/owned by you as an authority. 

Answer: There are 132 Play Areas owned and managed by CCBC

Out of the play parks that are under the ownership of the Council please
can you confirm how many of them have apparatus confirmed within the park
that is wheel chair accessible?  I.e. a swing for wheel chair users or a
merry go round that is wheelchair accessible and manufactured for this
use.

I assume the number won’t be high for any of these questions and look
forward to a speedy response.

Answer:

There no wheelchair swings in any play areas as these require training and
supervision to operate safely.

The following either has an inclusive/wheelchair roundabout installed or
one is planned in the near future.
