Platform Access

The request was partially successful.

Dear Transport for London,

I would like details of the numbers of flights of stairs and escalators it is necessary to use when accessing each underground station platform from street level and also when making an interchange between lines.

Ideally where a flight of stairs exists I should also like to know the number of steps.

This information appears when making specific enquiries on your journey planner and must have been available to the author of that system.

I am able to deal with any common computer file format.

Yours faithfully,

Mr N Hardwick

hello,

i have done a private survey in 2013 of ALL tube stations, and put all the accessibility information concerning steps, lifts and escalators into an App, here:

http://www.stationmasterapp.com/

maybe this would be of interest to you all?

thanks,
Geoff.
