Dear Sirs,

Please advise whether you consulted Mark Drayford Health Minister Welsh Government as part of the Council considering the closure of Plas Madoc Leisure Centre, Acrefair and if so please disclose the full contents of his reply?

Also please confirm which other bodies were consulted and whether this included Betsi Cadwaldr University Health Board and particularly the Cardio. Rehabilitation. Team at Wrexham Maelor hospital as users of the facility?

Please disclose all replies from consultees to the Council on the issue of closure and it's affect on the long term health benefits of residents of the County Borough and whether these replies have been drawn to the attention of all Councillors to enable them to make an informed decision?
