Plans, sections and book of reference referred to in the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway Order 2005

The request was successful.

Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

Could you please provide copies of the 'plans, sections and book of reference' referred to in the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway Order 2005 Explanatory Note ( http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2005/... ). Although the information is available during working hours at the County Council’s offices, this is not accessible for those of us in full time employment who must be at our own places of work during these hours. As these documents form part of UK legislation, they really should be available on your website given how cheap and easy this is.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,
Sam Webster

Dear Sam Webster,

Re: Freedom of Information Requests ref: 7994

I write with reference to your email below, received 7^th July 2017
regarding “Cambridgeshire Guided Busway Order 2005 documents”.

We have considered your request under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act. Due to the very large sizes of some of the documents
requested, they will be sent to you via our file sharing system as a
separate email. The documents have been ‘zip filed’ in order to reduce
their size and enable us to share them with you. There are 58 documents in
total.

We are currently working to put these files on the County Council website,
and expect they will be available within a couple of weeks.

I hope this information is helpful but if you are unhappy with the service
you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint
or request a review, you should write to Information Management Team, at
either [1][Cambridgeshire County Council request email] or by post at Box OCT1224, Shire Hall,
Cambridge CB3 0AP within 40 days of the date of this e-mail.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: Information
Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9
5AF, or via their website: [2]https://ico.org.uk/.

Generally, the ICO will not undertake a review or make a decision on a
request until the internal review process has been completed.

Yours sincerely,

Sam,
your last message seems to have been sent to the "Managed File Transfer" service address, which doesn't accept incoming emails, and hence it was not delivered.

I suggest re-sending it and selecting "ETE Policy and Business Support" as the address to write to when prompted (or Cambridge's general FOI address).
