I am writing in response to your concerns about Bristol City
Council’s handling of your request for information received on 20
August. Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding.
 
In your request, you asked for “a full copy of the 2015 Place Dynamix
Cumberland Basin plans.”
 
I have discussed your request with senior officers in our City
Transport team and the Mayor’s Office and can confirm that the
council does not hold a copy of the information that you have
requested.
 
The plans were created in 2015 by Place Dynamix, a design and
planning consultancy firm, but were not endorsed by the council. More
