Dear East Devon District Council, I would like to request information on Andrew digby as I would like to see the notes and pictures he done on that day while assessing my forestry application 23/1489/agr on the 3 August 2023 I would also like to know how much public money he has spent on finding out court case to refuse the building and I would also like to know how many miles by law under permitted development land held with my land can not be used in a forestry application and where it is stated so I can look it up.enforcement I would like to kwon why after over 2and a half years why East Devon council has not taken any acton over Alan booth at Mayfield uplyme over tipping over 300 ton of soil from a site in Lyme regis as I have all photos to prove this and been on the phone to them every mouth for the last 2 and a half years a I'm am not the only to complain about this.east Devon council took me to court saying that I was I open country side. I am surrounded by houses so can the council define open country side as a high court judge said that you had to be away form services and facilities I believe that has to be 800 meters away form the boundary of my field so by law can you confirm this and stated where is information is. the council have stated the I was in a unsustainable distance from services and facilities while looking magic maps I am 745meters away from post office.shop.garage schools 2 bus stops village hall.pub again by law how can I be in unsustainable distance and why is no other application refused on these grounds in Woodhouse . the council said I was I a harmful to the undeveloped surroundings.planning application 20/0572/ful environmental report say that the caravan would not have any significant affect on the environment so can the council by law tell me how the caravan was doing harm and how by law harm is assess in planning guidelines and can the council confirm where the streetlights start in Uplyme when heading towards Lyme regis.and by law why they said that there where no streetlights in my planning application 20/0572/ful. so can the council confirm why they have never mention this in other planning application in Woodhouse to witch we share the same private track
