Dear Mr Hardy,

 

Thank you for your email of 27th March 2018 where you requested
information about planning applications for the Goose Green car park in
Altrincham.   

The site has been checked and the following applications have shown up as
relating to the site, they represent the redevelopment of the whole site
including car parking, we have no record of specific applications for
signage or camera equipment. 

 

H/OUT/44197 Comprehensive redevelopment of site to comprise retail (Class
A1), of up to 2,499 sqm, entertainment and leisure (Class D2), food and
drink (Class A3) and petrol filling station development following
demolition of existing buildings.  Construction of a new road from Manor
Road, associated highway, car parking and landscaping works. Closure of
existing rights of way within the site.

Approved with conditions 09/07/1997

 

H45340 Comprehensive redevelopment of site to comprise 6,010 sq.m (64,700
sq.ft) of retail floorspce (Class A1) including food store of 5,110 sq.m
(55,000 sq.ft) with a petrol filling station; food and drink uses (Class
A3) of 6,000 sq.m (64,000 sq.ft); a multiple screen cinema complex; a
bowling alley; a health and fitness centre; and a night club, following
demolition of existing buildings. Associated highway, car parking and
landscaping works.  Closure of existing rights of way within the site.
