Planning permissions granted where development limited to owners by age restriction

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Babergh District Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Babergh District Council,
Please would you provide me with information about the number, if any, of residential planning permissions you have granted in relation to privately-owned developments where the properties are intended, as a ground for development being allowed, to be occupied or owned by people over the age of 55?
This question is directed to developments which are not' sheltered housing' and which are available on the open market ie not run by organisations such as a Housing Association.

If any such permissions have been granted please would you give the dates and whether any of the developments or properties within them have been subject to s106 Agreements which have had to be enforced or have subsequently been varied?

Yours faithfully,
Alicia Herbert
