Planning permission inspection Bellahouston Allotments CROSSLEE ,CRAIGTON .

Scottish Enterprise did not have the information requested.

Has there been an Inspection regarding the building of fence and gate at Bellahouston Allotments Crosslee Craigton since reply stating no planning permission was given and Fence and Gate are already built with lots of Debri from works dumped on Council Land .

Thank you for your request for information received on the 8th August, made under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA), requesting information about the Bellahouston Allotments at Crosslee Craigton.

I can confirm that the 1.71 hectares at Barfillan Drive was sold in November 1998 to trustees for and on behalf of the Bellahouston Plotholders’ Association. As such, in accordance with section 17(1)(b) of FOISA Scottish Enterprise does not have any information within the scope of your request as we have had no further dealings with the site since its sale.
