Planning Permission for former Odeon site, Corporation Road

The request was successful.

Dear Middlesbrough Council,

1. Has planning permission been granted for the use of this site as a permanent car park? If not, is there currently any planning permission in place for temporary use?

2. Has planning permission been granted for the erection and display of any signage?

2.1 If no, please confirm whether or not the signs currently in place require planning permission, along with the basis for that decision.

2.2 If planning permission is not required only because the signs have been in place for 10 years or more, please confirm whether consent would otherwise have been required, and why (or why not).

2.3 If planning permission IS required but is not in place, what enforcement action will be taken (I understand that retrospective permission cannot be given).

Yours faithfully,

Mrs Musgrave
