What is the average time taken to make a decision on each of the following types of projects; battery storage, solar and wind.

I can confirm that we hold information that falls within the scope of your

Has your council declared a climate emergency? Yes (declared in 2021)
Please provide a breakdown of how many projects in the following
categories your council has objected to, rejected and approved over the
last three years, battery storage, wind and solar.
Please see attached. Please note that two applications were determined by
the Welsh Ministers and the Local Authority provided Local Impact Reports
which are publicly available to view online.
What is the average time taken to make a decision on each of the following
types of projects; battery storage, solar and wind.
The average time is not recorded however the actual time for each project
is listed on the attachment
