Dear Highways England Company Limited,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Highways England Company Limited's handling of my FOI request 'Planning letters/emails re HRE bridges'.

This is the first Freedom of Information request I have ever made to Highways England. There are no "similar and current requests" as far as I am concerned. You say that I am part of a concerted campaign. That is absolutely wrong.

I am asking for 34 letters you have sent and the replies you received. You should be able to collect those documents from your files and review them for personal data in a couple of hours. That is not an unjustifiable burden.

Please provide the correspondence.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully

Craig McArdle
