3.Which Wards of the Borough will be most affected and least affected?

4.Does Government regard the Borough an urban area?

5.What effect will the extra cash for brownfield sites have?

6.How will WMBC use the £100m fund to be launched in January that will allow English councils to pitch for money to support developments on public land and regeneration of council estates?
