Dear Andrew Horner,
I note you have combined my FOI requests reference FOI 5960 and have sent me the information which is easily accessed via your website as it should be. However, the information I require is the Planning Officer's case notes and any correspondence that DOES NOT APPEAR on your planning website. Legislation requires that any correspondence either by post or email received or sent in response to an application has to be available for inspection by the applicant or anyone else interested in the application. My understanding is that because of this you cannot take into account comments that are marked "confidential". I have asked for correspondence and the officers case notes, why would the officers case notes fall under the section 41 clause regarding confidentiality? Planning information is and should be a public record as it useful for others to have access to this information I am sure you agree. In which case why are these two applications so different?

Yours sincerely,

Helen Pollard and A Lovegrove
