Planning - financial viability assessments

The request was refused by Southwark Borough Council.

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

Please provide a table of each planning application the council has dealt with in which a Financial Viability Assessment was submitted, or required, between 1st April 2012 and today.
Please provide basic details of the consultancy or other firm which produced the assessment in each case.

If you claim that this work is above the statutory cost limit, then please begin with the most recent and work backwards until the cost limit is reached.

Alternatively, provide details of each consultancy or other firm which has produced a planning related Financial Viability Assessment which is held by the council and identify which planning applications each was involved in.

Yours faithfully,

Brian Tanning
