Stuart Hardwicke CARRUTHERS

Dear Spelthorne Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Spelthorne Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Planning Enforcement notices'.

I requested:

'please provide [identification of] what [written] processes / procedures you have in place in relation to:

a) determining that a planning enforcement notice has been issued and served by the Council as a local planning authority'

Identification in your enforcement guide that information is published on the World Wide Web is not the information sought.

Issue of a notice - today Flopperty bunny woke up and decided to issue an enforcement notice. Flopperty bunny decided to issue the notice in the name of Spelthorne Borough Council. Flopperty bunny had no link to the Spelthorne Borough Council.

People employed by the Spelthorne Borough Council found a copy of the notice that Flopperty bunny had written (on a lettuce leaf) and decided to publish it on the World Wide Web.

Please provide the information requested as it is needed for a GDPR application.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,
