Planning Data

The request was successful.

Dear Havering Borough Council,

We would like the following information relating to planning applications information ideally in a CSV file”

"Property Address" " Application Number" "Status" "Proposal"

We do not need the supporting documents, comments, etc.

We are currently building a free service that incorporates a wide-range of property specific information for homeowners in one place. We have already integrated with Land Registry, Royal Mail, Ordnance Survey, VOA, ONS, Data.gov.uk, Historic England, etc. This information would be very useful for our users, so I hope that you can locate it for me.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Wilde

Dear Mrs Lynch

Thank you for your swift reply. A few councils who have replied have suggested the start date to be 1977 as this appears to be the date digital records go back to. However whatever the longest period you have would be great.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Wilde

Dear Mrs Lynch

Thank you for your swift response, I have attempted to retrieve the planning data we require but unfortunately this search limits the number of results meaning it is not available for me to obtain the data I require. Perhaps I am wrong but when I attempted to just go back ten years for the planning data the software blocked it. Could you please explain how to search back indefinitely or send the data as a CSV?

Yours sincerely,

Mr Wilde

Dear Ms Norman
Thank you for the response and the information provided. I have been on the councils planning portal to try to obtain planning data however it would appear that it is too general a search to be fulfilled. What we would like if possible is a mass export as a CSV file of all the planning data for all the properties within the authority for as long as possible. We have seen as far back as 1948 with some councils! We do not need any of the associated documents etc, just the Property Address, Date of Application, Application Number, Status and the proposal.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Wilde
