Please could you answer the following questions under the Freedom of Information Act with regard to the i360Ltd Development within the Regency Square Conservation Area-
1. What Planning Conditions were set out for the i360 Development by Brighton and Hove City Council in 2006?
2. Please state how each of these Conditions are being met, how they are being measured and any compensation that i360Ltd are making for not meeting part or all of each of these Planning Conditions.

The Planning decision notice is a public document and is available to view on the Planning Register on the Brighton & hove City Council website. The application reference number is s BH2006/02369. Details of how the conditions are being met are also available to view online under the same reference number. There are no financial compensation measures that have been negotiated as part of discharging the requirement of the Planning Conditions.
