Dear Sport England,

We would be grateful if you would supply us with copies of all correspondence between yourself and City of york council and the Rugby football league regarding the planning application 11/02581/OUTM for the new community stadium york.

We are particularly interested in any correspondence/collaboration pertaining to use of facilities to play home games in the interim period and how the conditions were discharged.

condition 28 refers to... "Huntington stadium shall not be closed or demolished until arrangements to the reasonable satisfaction of the local planning authority, following consultation with sport England, have been agreed for securing the temporary relocation of all of York City Knights Rugby Clubs first team fixtures for the entire period between the closure of Huntington Stadium and the completion of the hereby approved stadium element of the stadium and community facilities" Any correspondence regarding city of york councils consultation with sport England is required please.
