Question

The quantity all of planning applications in Brighton in the last 12 months

Response

We have assumed you mean the quantity of Applications registered in Brighton.

3,589 registered applications between 01/02/2013 to 31/01/2014.

Question

The quantity of planning applications including balustrades, gates and fire escapes in Brighton in the last 12 months.

Response

This information is not data which the Local Planning Authority collects. This would require primary research by looking at each individual application (roughly 3,400) and would require more than 20 hours of an officers time to do. The case files are public documents and can be viewed at Hove Town Hall. Alternatively the plans for each application can be viewed on the Planning Register which is held on the Brighton & Hove City Council website.

Question

The quantity of approved new builds in Brighton in the last 12 months.

Response

This is a very broad question. In terms of new builds can the information be defined in more detail by the requestor.
