Planning applications under Birmingham City Council's remit where change of use from Class D2 has been approved or recommended in the last five years

We're waiting for Mrs McQuillan to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Birmingham City Council,

Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, I request that you provide the following information within the statutory time frame:

a) Please provide details of all instances where Birmingham City Council's Planning Committee has granted approval to change a site and/or building from the use of a health and fitness centre within Class D2 (Assembly and Leisure) Use to another classification of use in the past five years.

b) Please provide details of all instances where Birmingham City Council's Planning Department and other officers of the Council who contribute to reporting back to, or who make recommendations before a final decision is made to, the Planning Committee have recommended that approval be granted to change the use of a health and fitness centre within Class D2 (Assembly and Leisure) Use to another classification of use in the past five years. Please provide written and email communications documentation that relate to this where available.

c) Please provide details about how many approvals by the Planning Committee have resulted in a change from Class D2 (Assembly and Leisure) Use to Class A1 retail foodstore and/ or Class A1 retail foodstore with associated works use in the past five years?

d) Please provide details of the sites and locations where the Planning Committee have granted approval to change the use of a site and/ or building from Class D2 to Class A1 in the past five years.
