I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Planning Applications featuring Change of Use from A1'.

You've stated that the information is available from the planning portal:

Unfortunately, this does not appear to be the case, given the following message returned from the system.

"No Records Found. Please resubmit search with different criteria.
Date Received is between 01 July 2004 and 01 July 2009 and Date Validated is between 01 January 1989 and 31 December 2009 and Development Type is Non-res change of use "

Can you please either confirm that you have had no applications Non-Residential Change Of Use between July 2004 and July 2009, or possibly check the data directly to respond to my FOI request?
