Planning applications .csv

Chichester City Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Chichester City Council,

Could you please provide a .csv (or .xlsx) file containing the following information on all individual planning applications over the period 2010-present?

Columns:
Planning application number/reference;
Current application status;
Application outcome (if applicable);
Consent type (eg. Full, Outline, Reserved Matters, etc.);
Development category (specifically major dwellings, minor dwellings, any other category of new dwellings);
Number of dwellings created (if possible and applicable);
Location (UPRN or coordinates if possible);
Address;
Development proposal summary (if it exists);
Date received;
Decision date;
Date validated;

I understand that your authority already offers a planning search tool which contains much of this information. However, this tool limits the number of applications displayed, making the fulfilment of my particular request infeasible. I also understand that your authority publishes summaries of applications with some of these variables. However, I require individual geo-linked observations.

Should it be convenient, I would also be happy to accept a different but substantively similar dataset to the one I am requesting (such as one which populates the results of your search tool).

Yours faithfully,
Max Risher

Rodney Duggua, Chichester City Council

Dear Max,
Thank you for your FoI request.
I would just explain that the City Council is not the District Planning
Authority (DPA), we are large Parish Council who are notified of planning
applications submitted to the DPA.
I am going to suggest that your enquiry is best directed to Chichester
District Council who are the DPA. I've included this link to CDC's website
about FoI
requests. [1]https://www.chichester.gov.uk/dataprotec...
With very best wishes,
