The time scales are as follows:

03/2012/0029 = 13 weeks
03/2012/0030 = 34 weeks
03/2012/1487 = 4.5 weeks
03/2012/1407 - 7 weeks

February. I have investigated this and found that the annotation you refer

then search Planning Applications and at this point you can enter any
application numbers you have.

The valid date and decision dates are shown and the time taken can be
worked out from these.

I sincerely hope you are not deliberately trying to be oblique, but I am advised by Kris Hawkins of the Planning Division WG that they do not publish the data on planning permission performance.

Please tell your Planning Department to comply with the Freedom of Information Act, 2000 as soon as possible or I will lodge a complaint with ICO.

Thank you for your further email received 21 February 2014 regarding planning applications.

I can confirm that each local authority in Wales have to submit a quarterly return to the Welsh Government providing statistical information around determination of planning applications, including their performance on speed of determining planning applications. The Welsh Government publish this information quarterly in the form of a spreadsheet, these date back to 2008. I'm sorry you feel that the Council are being deliberately 'oblique' but as the requested is publicly available I have refused the first part of your request under section 21(1)(Information accessible to the applicant by other means) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
