Dear North Somerset Council,

Further to photographic evidence recently received I am aware that a large of amount of vegetation has been removed from the Green Belt land adjacent to Brookfield Walk Clevedon.
Planning Application 20/P/0605/R3 states that a Construction Environment Management Plan (CEMP), will be submitted and approved in writing BEFORE commencement of any enabling works or vegetation clearance.

Please forward a copy of the fully detailed, signed and approved CEMP (a) in respect of the clearance undertaken on Wednesday 27th January 2021 (b) future enabling works.

Thank you

Yours faithfully,

R Tozer

Dear North Somerset Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of North Somerset Council's handling of my FOI request 'Planning Application - Site Clearance'.

(1) Your reply has NOT been carried out on an 'applicant blind' basis - a fundemental requirement in FOI matters. How have you included a name change without reference .

(2) The FOI request was refused but no valid FOI exemption was quoted

(3) The FOI requested a single document but I recived a long paragrapgh on planning mattters. It is superficial to my request as there is no right within FOI to continue conversation on an important issue.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,

R Tozer
