Subject: Planning Application re 518 Purley Way

Your request is being considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of 20 working days, subject to the application of
any exemptions. Where consideration is being given to exemptions the 20
working day timescale may be extended to a period considered reasonable
depending on the nature and circumstances of your request. In such cases
you will be notified and, where possible, a revised time-scale will be
indicated. In all cases we shall attempt to deal with your request at the
earliest opportunity.

Further to your request received on 02/06/2023, I confirm that the Council
has now considered your request under the Environmental Information
Regulations (2004). Specifically, you have requested the following
information:

"Planning Application re 518 Purley Way

Prior Approval ref 21/00099/GPDO & Planning Applications 21/02928/ful  &
23/00733 /ful re 518 Purley Way Croydon CR0 4RE Please provide A copies of
all information regarding internal & external consultation on the above
prior approval & planning applications B copies of all comments provided
by consultees ( statutory or otherwise ) including but not restricted to
correspondence with Transport/ Highways Teams Spatial Planning Access
officer Fire & rescue Service Secured by Design ( Met police )

C copies of all Site Notices erected and/or newspaper advertisement made  
and/or neighbour notification letters  sent by your Council in respect of
such prior notification & planning applications"

Please find the consultee comments attached. Please note there were no
comments on 23/00733/FUL. Attached is one notification letter for each
application, these are standard letters so believe one copy will provide
all the information required.

Dear Mr Watton,

Further to your email dated , in which you requested an Internal Review of
the Council’s response to your request for information made under the
Environmental Information Regulations (EIR), I have now concluded this
review and I am able to reply as follows.

In your request for Internal Review, you asked the Council to reconsider
your request as you believed that you had not been provided with the
information requested.

In your request for information dated 2 June 2023 you requested the
following information:

"Planning Application re 518 Purley Way

The Council responded to you on the 28 June 2023 and provided the
following response:

“Please find the consultee comments attached. Please note there were no
comments on 23/00733/FUL. Attached is one notification letter for each
application, these are standard letters so believe one copy will provide
all the information required.”

In your request for an Internal Review dated 14 July 2023, you stated the
following:

“My FOI request was for " Copies of all comments provided by consultees
(statutory or otherwise) including but not restricted to correspondence
with-----

What you have provided is two composite documents

Please provide full copies of each & every comment with the personal
details only redacted as required by legislation”

On receiving your request for an Internal Review, I contacted the Head of
Development Management, who has provided additional information in answer
to the issues raised in your Internal Review.

Please find attached copies of the Consultee responses in respect of
planning applications 21/02928/Ful and 23/00733 Ful.  You will note that
redactions have been made to remove personally identifiable information in
accordance with the requirements of EIR exceptions; Regulations 12(3) and
Regulation 13. When information is the personal data of someone other than
the applicant, regulation 12(3) requires the Council should disclose that
personal data, except in accordance with Regulation 13. Regulation 13
prohibits the Council from disclosing third party personal data if this
would contravene the UK GDPR or the ‘principles’ of Data Protection Act
2018.

If you are not content with the outcome of the Internal Review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
