Planning application for 140+ houses at Broomhill, Reepham

The request was partially successful.

Martin Sullivan

Dear Broadland District Council,
Please provide full and complete details for the postponement on July 12th of the planning applications that were due to come before the Planning Committee meeting on July 13th.

This covered applications 20200469, 20200847, and 20201183.

I would also like to understand the reason for these plans to now come before the next Planning Committee on August 10th. This is precisely in the middle of our holiday season and may potentially prevent many members of the public providing their views, both in favour and against.

Yours faithfully,

Martin Sullivan

Dear Martin

Thank you for your email.

I note that we have not yet provided a response to your FOI request, so it
is not possible for us to undertake an Internal Review at this stage.

I believe you have received our automated response which acknowledges the
receipt of FOI requests and directs requesters to our website for various
matters, which are publicly available.  The questions asked in your
request do not fall into this category and I can advise you that I have
forwarded these to the appropriate department.  Once I have their
findings, I will respond to you in full.

In line with the FOI Act, my response will be sent to you within 20
working days following the date of receipt of your request.  Therefore,
you will receive a response on or before 22 August 2022.

I hope this clarifies the position.

Regards

Sue
