Dear Mr Hill,

Thank you for your enquiry, which has been forwarded to the appropriate

working days, that is by or on 17.05.19.

If for any reason the Council needs to extend this timescale you will be
notified in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Dear Mr Hills

Further to your email below which has been dealt with under the
Environmental Information Regulations; consulting with the relevant team I
am responding as follows:

The information already transmitted to you is all the correspondence that
exists, except for a copy of an email from the District Council to the
agent which I have attached. The highways officer states that he attempted
to make up to two telephone calls to the planning officer at the District
Council during the consultation period. No response from the Council was
received and no record of the calls were made because they were routine
calls to ascertain basic information and there was no verbal exchange of
information. I suggest that you contact Mid Sussex District Council if you
wish to check further.
