Planning application 16P1033 - Royal Wimbledon Golf Club

The request was successful.

Dear Merton Borough Council,

Merton Planning Reference 16P1033

The above planning permission was granted by Merton in May 2016

When a planning application is made for land that is not owned solely by the applicant, owners of the land to which the application relates must be informed.

Article 12 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management) Procedure Order 2010 requires that planning applications are accompanied by a certificate confirming either that the applicant is the sole owner of all the land to which the application relates, or that notice has been served on all person(s) that are an owner of the land or a tenant

In this case the land is not owned by the applicant, nor is is leased by the applicant. The land is owned by the Wimbledon and Putney Commons Conservators.

Please provide copies of the relevant certificates served by the applicant in the planning application.

Kind regards,

Yours faithfully,

John Cameron
