Dear Mr Smith,

 

Thank you for your information request of 28 November 2017.  Aberdeen City
Council (ACC) has completed the necessary search for the information
requested.

 

Please provide a dataset of of all planning applications, status,
location, type of dwelling planned, for each of the 12 months to date in
Geo-json format.

All planning applications for the 12 months prior to the date of the FOI
request are publicly available by carrying out simple date and application
type searches on the advanced search facility on the Council’s website.

The information available for each planning application includes including
information on status, location, type of dwelling planned and much more
besides.

 

Unfortunately, this information is not held in the format you requested,
nor is it possible for us to input the information into the format you
have requested.

 

As all planning applications, status, location, type of dwelling planned,
for each of the 12 months to date is otherwise accessible on our website
at the link provided above, it is exempt from disclosure.  In order to
comply with its obligations under the terms of Section 16 of the FOISA,
ACC hereby gives notice that we are refusing your request under the terms
of Section 25(1) - Information Otherwise Accessible - of the FOISA.

 

ACC is unable to provide you with information on a dataset of of all
planning applications, status, location, type of dwelling planned, for
each of the 12 months to date in Geo-json format as it is not held by
ACC.  In order to comply with its obligations under the terms of Section
17 of the FOISA, ACC hereby gives notice that this information is not held
by it.
