Re: IG - 12934 additional time

Dear Freedom Of Information,

As today is the 16th December, I am writing to enquire what has happened regarding the information I have requested.

In your last comment to me, NCC wrote "the council is extending the statutory deadline by which we must respond to this request from 15th November 2019 to 13th December 2019 to consider the public interest arguments in favour and against disclosing some of the information you have requested."

By NCC's own admission, NCC is well beyond its extended statutory deadline, and very many people are now keenly interested to know more.

Yours sincerely,

Simon Barton
