1. Staff structure of the planning department - as 14th February 2019
2. Total number of planning applications determined annually, from
2010 to current period - data per annum
3. Total staff costs of planning staff (sub-divided by Development
Management, Forward Planning and Administration) - from 2010 to
present (allow estimated cost for current year)
4. Total number of staff who are members of the Royal Town Planning
Institute
5. Number of Planning staff who are able to speak Welsh
6. Details of outsourcing of planning work over the last 5 years
years, including costs and details of work
7. Details of all planning work issued to consultants, including
names of consultants, type of work and value
8. Details of consultancy work in respect of the re-structuring of
the planning department - to include nature of work, value of
contract and name of consultants
9, Number of planning decisions which have been decided contrary to
the officer's recommendation over last 6 years. Information to
include details of planning application and reason for departure
from officer recommendation.
10. Details of costs awarded against the Council in respect of
planning appeals for unreasonable behaviour - to include details of
appeal site, total award of costs, case officer and any action
taken as a consequence.
