Bus Station
The above is a summary of your request. The full details of the

party. In some circumstances Powys County Council may be unable to achieve

Welsh Government grant funding of circa £550k has been obtained for land
purchase and associated works.
3. The total cost of the project to date in officer time and tax payer
funds
Under Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act a public authority is
required to inform you
1 (a) whether the information requested is held by the public authority,
and
(b) to have that information communicated if that is the case.
In this case the information requested is not held.
officer time is not recorded and would be linked to a wider range of
duties within their post. Additionally, the cost of the project to date in
terms of tax payer’s funds is not held as this tender has not yet been
completed. Therefore, Section 1 is engaged wherein the information is not
held

Please note that the Freedom of Information Act only covers that

The Authority are in the process for tender on the works which means we
don’t have the total cost for the project as this has not yet been
completed. Therefore, Section 1 is engaged wherein the information is not
held
