Plan for COVID-19 vaccines roll-out
Department of Health and Social Care,
I would like to see the daily / weekly / monthly (however it is currently laid out) delivery plan for the roll-out of the various COVID-19 vaccines, effective from the date each vaccine in turn will be or has been given MHRA approval.
To be more specific, items which I would expect to be included on such a delivery plan include, week by week, numbers of people in each respective demographic group which has been identified for each level of prioritisation, numbers of people in each vaccination delivery location (at varying levels of granularity ranging from NHS region down to Trust areas and specific vaccination hubs), and which vaccine is expected to be administered to which people.
I would also expect this delivery plan to be prepared in some kind of standard planning and project management tool such as MS Excel and / or MS Visio, for ‘plan on a page’ Gantt chart views and detailed interrogation and modification of the data.
I appreciate some of this planning activity would be fluid and subject to change, and other activity to not yet have dates finalised until any given vaccine has been approved, but I would expect much of the background planning activity to have already been carried out ready to receive the final tweaks; I am content to receive the planning document(s) in whatever state of readiness they are in now rather than waiting for the final plans.
I also appreciate some detailed parts of the plan may be confidential for security or other operational reasons; I am content to receive anything of that nature in a generalised form to enable any such barriers to be overcome.
Lastly, if you are not the correct authority to fulfil this request please forward on to the appropriate authority and inform me accordingly.
Yours faithfully,
simon gray

Correction - I of course mistyped MS Visio when I should have typed MS Project
