Please disclose under the FOI Act for the academic years 2009-10; 2010-11; 2011-12 and if available any data for the academic year 2012 – to date:

- The number of incidents of academic misconduct by students (please breakdown the information to specify undergraduate and postgraduate students)

- Please detail the type of misconduct discovered (including but not limited to: plagiarism in coursework; submitting the same work for separate assignments, submitting work from essay banks; impersonating another student; cheating during an examination by using a mobile phone / other device/ unauthorised uses of technology; influencing a teacher or examiner improperly)

- Please provide information about what disciplinary or other action was taken (e.g. including but not limited to: a fine / other academic penalty / explusion)
