Adults18 – 65), I am seeking information regarding the following
please:
1. Number of children & adults with autism placed by the authority
(in area) in past 3 years in:

iii. Respite Services
iv. Day Services
v. Average cost of packages
2. Number of children & adults with autism placed by the authority
(out of area) in past 3 years in:
i. Residential Care Services
ii. Supported Living
iii. Respite Services
iv. Day Services
v. Average cost of packages
3. Number of children & adults with autism on currently on a
waiting list for:
i. Residential Care Services
ii. Supported Living
iii. Respite Services
iv. Day Services
4. Predicted number of children & adults with autism for the next 2
years for:
i. Residential Care Services
ii. Supported Living
iii. Respite Services
iv. Day Services
5. Does the authority have an Autism Strategy document? If so
please may we have a copy.
6. What is the authorities CCG pathway to services for children and
adults with Autism?

I sincerely apologise for the delay in responding to your Freedom of Information request. Please find the response to your request below.
Isle of Anglesey Social Services currently do not collect data regarding ASD needs in a way that would assist to answer the questions posed in this request. We do however undertake assessments for care and support of children, young people and adults. Some of these individuals will have a diagnosis of ASD as a singular need, whilst others will also have other needs such as a mental health condition, learning disability or physical disability.
Subsequent to an assessment, we develop a care and support plan to assist individuals to meet their identified outcomes. Our aim is to support people to maximise their independence and to be part of their local communities.
I would be grateful if you could get back to us if, following receipt of this response, your still wish to pursue an Internal Review.
