This information is correct as of 27^th June 2023.

 

This shows the total number of PLAB (Professional and Linguistic
Assessments Board) 1 tests taken between 2013 and 2022, broken down by the
country where the applicant studied their PMQ (Primary Medical
Qualification).

 

This counts the number of tests taken, regardless of outcome. Candidates
may have taken the test more than once in the period.

 

PLAB consists of two parts and is one of a number of routes that doctors
who complete their PMQ outside of the UK can apply to join the register.
