Pirc report into allegations against unnamed forres police constables

We're waiting for Keith Pringle to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal (Scotland),

Has some kind of media blackout been assumed regarding allegations made against certain constables from the forres police office? The pirc review into this I know has been passed to yourselves for your consideration, however this seems to be the last we as the tax paying public have heard about it. Allegations of this kind are serious and worrying, especially when made against those and by those sworn to protect us the public. I trust some kind of announcement is to be made in the not too distant future in regard to this and that if prosecutions are to arise from this then names will be provided? The public deserve to know this, whether the allegations are proved or indeed proved to be malicious.

Yours faithfully,

Keith Pringle
